Senior Pastor

Ryan Ford

I was born and raised in the small West Texas town of Denver City. I was not raised in the church as a kid but I came to know Christ after a girl in my class invited me to her youth group. It was here that I learned about Jesus and came to know how much God loved me. I gave my life to Christ and knew that I wanted to serve him and enter into full time ministry. I have been married for 15 years and we have 4 incredible children. I have been in multiple positions within the church but I have predominately served as a youth pastor for 6 years and I have been a Senior Pastor for over 7 years. I graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of the Southwest and I received my M. Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary. I love being in Snyder, Texas and serving this community.

Administrative Assistant

Melinda Owens

I was born in New Orleans, but I got to Roscoe, TX as soon as possible, which was three days later!  I grew up in Roscoe and graduated from Roscoe HS as a Plowgirl in the class of 1981.  I accepted Christ while in Junior High.  After graduation, I attended Angelo State University and earned my BA degree in Psychology/Biology and received a teacher’s certification.

I began teaching school at Snyder High School in 1984 and continued teaching Biology there until 2005.  In 1996, I received my Master’s degree from Angelo State University in Education.  In 2005, I started my path of being a Principal with Snyder Schools.  As an assistant principal, I worked at Stanfield Elementary and Snyder Elementary.  I opened Snyder Academy and was the principal at the alternative school for several years.

After retiring from the teaching profession, I worked for Scurry County as a 911 operator.  I spoke to many people on what may have been one of the worst days of their lives.

In November 2020, I was hired for my “dream job” as Administrative Assistant at Grace Fellowship Church in Snyder.  I am currently teaching the Angel Seekers Sunday School class and am active in the Reveal Student Ministries for the Youth.

Call or come by anytime, I love to visit.  Hope to see you here!
