HOLY COW BRISKET FUNDRAISER

 
 

HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 2023

Big R’s Cooking, Randy Erwin, catered the event with smoked brisket and sausage. Also included were potato salad, beans and cookies. The event was drive-thru only and we served about 250 plates. It was so yummy! We want to say a special thank you to all the volunteers who worked tirelessly. And, we especially want to thank YOU for participating and supporting us!


THE MAKING OF POTATO SALAD AND COOKIES

The youth were on hand and helped with some of the cooking. Adults were there to supervise and teach. It was a great experience for all involved.


DELIVERING MEALS

Fresh, hot plates were delivered to the cars as they drove through the parking lot. There were no inside sales of plates, which worked out well for all involved.
